Gloomy employment picture? Not if you’re an cleantech and energy efficiency expert!

It’s been a while since I cooked up one of my spectacularly popular Twitter follow lists (cue crickets, tumbleweeds), so I thought that this would be a good time to spotlight some great Twitter accounts for launching your new green career (in IT and otherwise). If your favorite green job Twitter account isn’t represented in the list below, give it a shout out in the comments.

@GreenITCareers – As its Twitter handle suggests, tons of opportunities for green geeks of the IT persuasion.

@GreatGreenCaree – GreatGreenCaree(rs)! Darn you character limit!

@JobsThatMatter – Matter Network’s green jobs board.

@GreenJobsInDc – In DC and not interested in politics? Try The Washington Post’s a green job board instead.

@gepcareers – Green Economy Post’s career development hub.

@GreenJobs – Tweets from the Sustainable Energy Jobs board.

@GristJobs – Grist’s job board.

@lowcarbonjobs – Worry not UK job searchers, Lowcarbon.com has you covered.

Happy hunting, job seekers!
